As the Technical Consultant and Lead Developer on the national eLearning initiative for the health sector, I played a central role in designing, coordinating, and deploying the end-to-end content development process. I began by overseeing the analysis and planning stage, where I helped define the audience, scope, module topics, delivery platforms, and roles for each content production team. I worked closely with stakeholders including the Ministry of Health, MCSP, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure alignment with national training objectives.
Technically, I led the instructional design and multimedia development phases. I facilitated workshops to guide SMEs through creating instructional design worksheets, outlining learning objectives, assessments, activities, and resource needs. I then supported the transformation of these plans into detailed eLearning storyboards, specifying slide-by-slide text, narration, graphics, and multimedia elements. I reviewed and iterated storyboard drafts with SMEs and senior stakeholders to ensure clarity, pedagogy, and relevance.
From there, I managed the digital learning modules’ development, voicing, and packaging. I supervised graphic and video production, finalized narration scripts, selected and coached voice actors, and integrated multimedia into alpha and beta versions of the content. I ensured the modules were reviewed through multiple feedback loops, incorporated revisions, and conducted final testing across platforms for smooth deployment. I also developed the visual template system for consistent branding and user experience. Through this project, I demonstrated advanced skills in instructional design, multimedia production, technical project leadership, and stakeholder collaboration across the health training ecosystem.
